Terms and conditions

The agreement between you and eraloan when you take a loan through the app.

1. Who we are

eraloan is operated by TBD, a financing company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines under Company Registration No. TBD and Certificate of Authority to Operate No. TBD . Registered office: TBD.

2. Who can borrow

  • Filipino citizens aged 21 to 60.
  • With a regular, verifiable income.
  • Holding one valid government ID.
  • With a bank account or e-wallet in their own name.

3. Loan amounts and terms

Loans run from ₱1,000 to ₱25,000, repaid in fixed monthly instalments over TBD months. Your limit depends on your income, your documents and your repayment history with us.

4. Interest, fees and total cost

Nominal interest: TBD per month. Processing fee: TBD . Effective interest rate: TBD per annum. Late payment charge: TBD. Every peso is disclosed in the Disclosure Statement and requires your confirmation before a loan is released. Nothing is added afterwards.

5. Repayment

Repay through GCash, Maya, InstaPay, online banking or over the counter at partner outlets. Early repayment is allowed at any time with no penalty.

6. Late payment and collection

If you miss a payment you will receive a reminder and a clear explanation of your options. Collection is conducted in accordance with SEC rules on fair collection practices. We will never contact your family, your employer or your friends about your loan, and we will never disclose your debt to third parties.

7. Your data

We process your personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and only for the purposes set out in our Privacy policy .

9. Changes to these terms

We will notify you of any change at least TBD days before it takes effect. Changes never apply retroactively to a loan already released.

Late payment may affect your credit standing. Collection is conducted in accordance with SEC rules on fair collection practices and the Data Privacy Act.
