1. Controller

2. What we collect

  • Identity: name, date of birth, government ID, selfie.
  • Contact: mobile number, e-mail, address.
  • Financial: income, employment, bank account or e-wallet, repayment history.
  • Device and usage data from the app, including IP address.

3. Why we collect it

To verify who you are, assess your application, release and service your loan, comply with AML and SEC obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data.

4. Who we share it with

Credit bureaus and CIC as required by law, identity-verification and payment providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. Full list: TBD.

5. How long we keep it

TBD years after your last loan is closed, or longer where the law requires it.

6. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may access your data, correct it, object to processing, request erasure or blocking, ask for a portable copy, and claim damages. Write to us and we will respond within the period set by the National Privacy Commission.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and every access is logged.
